Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for AWS cloud services and ETL processes, resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Monitor and manage the health and performance of AWS environments and ETL workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement enhancements and fixes to improve system stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
• Conduct root cause analysis for service interruption recovery and create preventive measures.
• Mentor junior support engineers and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise and guidance.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for critical systems.
• Stay current with AWS services updates and ETL technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical support roles, with at least 3 years focused on AWS and ETL platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and AWS Glue.
• Strong experience with ETL tools, data integration, and data warehousing.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified Developer) are preferred.
