An AWS cloud engineer is responsible for designing, building, and managing cloud-based applications and services using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Typical job duties include:
Planning and designing the cloud infrastructure with AWS
Maintaining and deploying the cloud applications
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the cloud infrastructure
Developing new cloud-based solutions

Having hands-on keyboard' AWS and Azure implementation experience across a broad range of cloud services.
Must have in depth AWS development experience (Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, Lambda, EC2, S3, EBS, Route53)
Scripting capability and the ability to develop AWS environments as code
Possessing experience with core AWS platform architecture, including areas such as: Organizations, Account Design, VPC, Subnet, segmentation strategies.
Exposure on Backup and Disaster Recovery approach and design, AWS Cost Management and Optimization
Familiar with Encryption, Logging, and Privacy/Security Protocols (e.g. TLS 1.2, ELK stack)
Strong expertise in Docker, Docker swam
In depth knowledge and strong work experience on Kubernetes, EKS
Hands-on experience in Terraform, Helm Charts
Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline (GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory)
Strong expertise on Microsoft Azure DevOps
Knowledge on Ansible, Python/Perl would be added advantage
