Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

Prior experience working on in infrastructure engineering deliverables supporting Business Process Management (BPM) products and platforms such as jBPM / IBM BAMOE / Camunda with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
Hands-on experience with Unix systems
Hands-on experience with Container Platforms (Openshift and Kubernetes)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, with the ability to develop scripts and infrastructure automation tools (Ansible / Chef)
Proven track record in incident management and change execution in a regulated environment.

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud architecture
Experience with monitoring and observability tools, such as Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana stack)
Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
