General Summary:

Candidate in this role will be required to operate in India hours. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software analytics, reporting tools, requirement gathering, design, and implementation. This role requires working across global teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Work very closely with Engineering team in deploying the solutions and provide technical support & troubleshooting for deployed solutions. Basic troubleshooting of Windows & Linux related issues. Basic troubleshooting of specific applications & tools.

•    Overall 4-8 years of experience in IT software development, with hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript and API programming
•    Must have strong exposure to DevOps practices and proficiency in Tools like Jira, GitHub or Azure Git, and CI/CD pipelines
•    Should have experience with data analytics and report generation tools such as Tableau or Power BI, including integration with data from various sources
•    Should have experience working with databases like SQL or PostgreSQL or MongoDB
•    Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
•    Must be a self-starter, team player 
•    Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer support experience
•    Customer Service oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
5+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
