SRE Support Engineer
2+ years of experience in DevOps role with focus on GCP Cloud Infrastructure operations and support.
Experience in observability and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Stackdriver etc.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker & Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Jenkins and GIT.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Troubleshoot production incidents in real time and lead root cause investigations
Good communication skills to collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes
Participate in on-call rotations to provide shift support for critical incidents.
