Your key responsibilities
- Serve as a Consultant for Infrastructure Deployment: You will act as an expert consultant, guiding teams on best practices for deploying infrastructure as code (IaC). You will leverage your extensive knowledge of Azure services, ARM templates, Terraform, or Ansible to automate and streamline the provisioning and management of cloud resources, ensuring that infrastructure deployment is efficient, repeatable, and scalable.
- Integrate, Test, Implement, and Deploy Infrastructure Platforms: You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of infrastructure platforms, from integration to deployment. This includes rigorously testing infrastructure changes, implementing new systems, and deploying updates to existing platforms. Your role will ensure that the infrastructure is robust, secure, and aligns with the organization's technical and business requirements.
- Construct High-Performance CI/CD Pipelines: As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will design and build continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines that are optimized for speed and reliability. Your expertise will enable rapid code integration, automated testing, and seamless deployment to production environments, thereby accelerating the software delivery process and enhancing the overall productivity of the development teams.
- Automate Change Management for Supporting Infrastructure: You will develop automation strategies to manage changes in the supporting infrastructure. By automating routine tasks and change processes, you will minimize the risk of human error, ensure compliance with change management policies, and enable a faster response to business needs. Your efforts will contribute to creating a stable and dynamic infrastructure that can adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Should be willing to align with client time zone and be ready to provide on call support, rotational shift as an when project demands.

Skills and attributes for success
- Experience designing and conducting research and experiments with recently developed technologies
- Capability to define the models and standards by which data is sourced, stored, distributed and governed within an organization.
- Ideally a background in on premises infrastructure, virtualisation technologies or applicationsoftware development.
- Knowledge on Azure on premise.
- Exposure in azure virtual network , VPN, Express Route, Hub and Spoke model networking, Azure firewall , Load balancer, Application Gateway, APIM
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub or similar to manage software and code distribution and lifecycle.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM , Bicep)
- Proven experience with Windows and Linux System Administration.
- Proven experience with Azure Serverless and integration (Batch, FunctionLogic Apps, EventGrid).
- Proven experience with Docker, Azure ACR, ACI, Kubernetes.
- Experience with Azure IaaS (networking, storage, virtual machines).
- Experience with Azure Backup & Recovery Services.
- Experience with Azure Governance (Blueprints, policies, tagging, cost management).
- Exposure to Azure Data Platform Technologies like ADF, Synapse, PowerBI, ADLS
- Good Exposure in setting up azure CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning and Application provisioning and deployment
- Good knowledge in infrastructure and application security and governance.
