Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Workflow and Automation: Leverage ServiceNow’s platform tools like Workflow and Flow Designer to automate processes and improve efficiency.
ITIL Framework: Apply knowledge of the ITIL framework within the ServiceNow environment to enhance service management practices.
Integration Management: Manage ServiceNow integrations, both inbound and outbound, to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Deployment and Migration: Ensure successful testing, deployment, and migration of ServiceNow configurations and deployments on time.

Qualifications:
