• Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

• Workflow and Automation: Leverage ServiceNow’s platform tools like Workflow and Flow Designer to automate processes and improve efficiency.

• ITIL Framework: Apply knowledge of the ITIL framework within the ServiceNow environment to enhance service management practices.
