Senior Associate - Cloud Engineer (NM+)

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitoring of Azure/AWS instances/servers through monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Oracle enterprise manager, SCOM & NewRelic 

  • Addressing basic incidents based on standard operating procedures (SOP) provided. 

  • Good know of operating system, databases & middleware architecture, backup, access, and space management.  

  • Experience in Infrastructure and Operations 

  • Good Experience in AWS / Azure Cloud operations 

  • Strong communication and written skills 

  • Experience creating technical documentation.  

  • Linux and Windows OS Administration 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

 

 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum qualifications / Skills 

Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field  

Knowledge of Azure products and services: AWS IAM, EC2, KMS, Backup, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Cloud Formation, ELB, Elastic Beanstalk
