1 to 3 Years in Informatica (Power Center and MDM)
Your key responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis, outage and resolution of production issues
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Serve as a Support Engineer on Applications and provide technical support
- Collaborate with internal teams to fix the issues
- Ability to triage and troubleshoot issues related to Informatica
Skills and attributes for success
- Ability to triage and troubleshoot issues in ETL jobs.
- Experience of having worked in Production support projects in the past.
- Responsible for the continuous monitoring of data pipelines and production systems to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. Address any issues related to data flow, data quality, and system failures promptly.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, Attention to details.
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices and ITIL Process.
- Experience in using Service Now, Incident, Service Request and Change Management Process.
- Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
- Have exposure to working in shifts and on-call support.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 1 to 3 (Staff) years of experience in maintenance and support, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment
- Experience in Informatica Power Center and MDM
- Flexible to work in shifts and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis
- Strong in Transact SQL or PL/SQL, strong RDBMS concepts with experience in either MS SQL Server or Oracle.
