DWS Operations Engineer (NM+)
Key Responsibilities:
Application Packaging and Deployment:
•Package applications in MSI, EXE, and MSIX formats for deployment via Microsoft Intune.
•Test and validate application packages to ensure seamless installation and compatibility.
•Automate application lifecycle management, including updates and removals, using Intune and PowerShell.
Scripting and Automation:
•Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks such as application installations, compliance checks, and device configurations.
•Maintain and troubleshoot deployment scripts for custom requirements and enterprise use cases.
•Create scripts for health monitoring and automated remediation of endpoint issues.
Reporting and Health Monitoring:
•Generate detailed reports on application deployments, compliance status, and device health using Intune
•Monitor endpoint health and proactively resolve compliance and performance issues.
•Collaborate with IT teams to create dashboards and automate reporting for management review.
Windows Troubleshooting and Support:
•Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS, application performance, and system configurations.
•Assist with troubleshooting Intune policies, updates, and connectivity issues.
•Provide advanced support for software and hardware issues on Windows endpoints.
