Responsibilities

• Design and Maintain Demo Environments: Build and manage virtualized demo environments using tools like OpenStack, accurately mirroring production setups for sales demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs).

• Cloud-Native Solutions: Deploy and manage OCI Kubernetes clusters (OKE) to highlight the power of modern cloud-native applications, including developing innovative demo use cases.

• Support Demonstrations: Provide hands-on technical support during demos and POCs, ensuring seamless execution and resolving any technical issues.

• Data Protection: Perform regular backups and restores to safeguard configurations and ensure business continuity for demo platforms.

• Monitoring and Insights: Create Grafana dashboards to visualize key performance metrics and implement robust monitoring and logging solutions for system reliability.

• Platform Upgrades: Conduct regular maintenance and updates, ensuring demo platforms are equipped with the latest technologies and patches.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 8+ years in infrastructure engineering or DevOps roles.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Expertise in Linux system administration.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Podman, OpenStack and virtualization.

• Proficiency with Kubernetes and tools like Helm.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

• Familiarity with monitoring stacks like Prometheus and ELK / EFK

• DevOps Mindset: Strong understanding of DevOps principles, with a focus on automation, efficiency, and collaboration.

• Bonus Skills: Expertise in Oracle OCI and/or Oracle Communications applications.
