Responsibilities:

Masters / bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field.
6+ years of relevant experience with operations, technical/customer support roles.
6+ years of proven experience with web applications/services and public cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
Experience with orchestration, monitoring and troubleshooting of web-based applications/services.
Knowledge of IP networking, security and access mechanisms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team building skills, with the ability to work across departments and other teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimal managerial guidance.
Strong sense of ownership and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with VMware and OpenStack.
Experience with scripting, preferably in Python, nodeJS.
Background in Linux/Unix administration.
Open to continuous learning and committed to ongoing self-improvement.
Initiative in participating in efforts to improve overall group productivity and test effectiveness.
