Must Have:

4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in RedHat OCP with DevOps

CI/CD Pipeline Development:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Red Hat OpenShift.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Integrate various tools and services into the CI/CD pipeline to enhance functionality and performance.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
• Ensure that infrastructure is scalable, resilient, and secure.
• Implement and manage configuration management solutions for OpenShift environments.

Monitoring and Logging:

• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health and performance of OpenShift clusters.
• Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack to monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Set up alerting mechanisms to proactively address potential issues.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with development teams to understand their needs and provide support for containerized applications.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of OpenShift with existing systems.
• Provide training and support to team members on OpenShift and DevOps best practices.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement security best practices for containerized environments.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Manage role-based access control (RBAC) within OpenShift.

Continuous Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve the CI/CD processes and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and container orchestration.
• Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to the improvement of incident response processes.
