Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of cloud infrastructure using GCP to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Oversee the integration of various cloud services and tools including Bamboo SNOW Jira and GITHUB to streamline workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based applications and services to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement DevOps practices that enhance software development and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and capacity planning to optimize resource utilization and cost management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong and knowledgeable cloud engineering team.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with GCP and cloud infrastructure management.
• Demonstrate expertise in Bamboo Integration SNOW Jira GITHUB and DevOps practices.
• Show proven experience in the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
