1.4-6 yrs hands on experience with Splunk,GCP Cloud Logging,Cloud Monitoring,Cloud Functions.

2. strong working knowledge in GCP cloud

3.Expertise in writing complex SPL commands & experience in splunk GUI, Dashboard creation , creating Apps, data
models , creating Reports , Alerts ,summary index, kv store etc ,extracting data using Regex .

4 L2 support exposure and Knowledge of ELK and Dynatrace

5.Good at troubleshooting application related issues quickly & providing solutions.

Role:

• Expertise in developing Splunk & GCPKnowledge Objects/Configurations into clustered environment. Should be proficient to write optimum search queries and thus enable better performance of the platform.
• Expertise in cloud Logging
• The Engineer should be proficient with recognizing and onboarding new data sources into Splunk, analyzing the data for anomalies and trends, perform troubleshooting and building dashboards highlighting the key trends of the data.
• The Splunk engineer should be proficient within a Linux environment, editing and maintaining Splunk configuration files and apps.
• Good Stakeholder Management skills as the engineers will be interacting with Business domain in gathering requirements and consulting to deliver efficient monitoring solutions.
• Dev-ops knowledge will be handy to work on CI/CD pipeline.
• Providing platform and application support.
• Resolve the technical issues faced by internal and external teams.
• Attend LIVE incident & problem management meetings.
• Assist in root cause analysis for tickets (RCA for P1 & P2)
