Summary: As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. You will apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their infrastructure needs, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and requirements. - Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions based on client requirements. - Ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure by monitoring performance and addressing any issues or bottlenecks. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related problems. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the infrastructure solutions. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of hardware, software, and other infrastructure components. - Document and maintain accurate records of the infrastructure design, configuration, and changes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and principles. - Experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions. - Knowledge of network protocols, security, and data center operations. - Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and services. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
