Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic remote team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and implementation of continuous integration and delivery pipelines, optimize existing processes, and ensure the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in DevOps tools and practices will be instrumental in enhancing our software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Develop automation scripts and frameworks using Python to streamline operational workflows.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and releases.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues within the Docker environment.
• Lead efforts in infrastructure as code (IaC) to create reliable and repeatable infrastructure configurations.
• Document best practices and ensure adherence to DevOps principles across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Python scripting and development.
• Strong expertise in Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development and management.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Docker for application containerization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure management practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and ELK Stack.
• Certifications in cloud provider services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
