Serve as tool owner/co-owner for strategic QA tools, including automation frameworks, test management, and reporting dashboards.
Drive the standardization, rationalization, and adoption of QA tools across teams.
Enable scalable automation solutions (UI, API, integration testing) through well-structured frameworks.
Integrate QA tools seamlessly into CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipelines and engineering platforms.
Support cloud-native testing and collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams for platform-level quality.
Explore and implement AI-assisted QA capabilities such as intelligent test generation and failure analysis.
Act as a technical coach, ensuring effective use of frameworks and tools across teams.
Define and monitor tooling KPIs—adoption, stability, coverage, and return on investment (ROI).
Create containerized environments (Docker images, Kubernetes) to support automated test execution at scale.
