- Experience designing and executing manual and automated test strategies
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks, test data management, and regression testing
- Ability to develop and validate automated API tests, backend services, and user-facing workflows. Should be familiar with CI/CD integration
- Experience working in agile development environments with continuous testing
- Proficiency with role-relevant AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted test case generation, automated test maintenance, defect pattern analysis tools) to increase coverage, speed, and defect detection
- Strong understanding of test design patterns, debugging, and code quality practices is required
